1. Purchase Options
a. One-Time Purchases
When you place a one-time order, you will be charged immediately at checkout. Your order will be processed within 1–3 business days and shipped according to our Shipping Policy.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details.
2. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order after checkout but before it ships, please contact us immediately at support@conturaebeauty.com. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
If your order has already shipped, you may be eligible to return it under our Refund Policy.
3. Payment Authorization
By completing a purchase, you authorize Conturae to charge your selected payment method for the total purchase amount, including taxes and applicable shipping fees.
4. Failed Payments or Account Updates
If a payment fails, you will receive an email notification. You can update your billing or shipping details anytime by logging into your customer account or contacting us.
